You realize that none of them knows that Molly Walker is a child, just that the tracking system is called the Walker System or something like that. It even says in the synopsis for next week, "Matt and Mr. Bennett learn the truth behind the Comany's tracking system."
I am aware that none of them realize that the Walker system is in fact a precocious little kid, but I haven't read synopses of the next ep or anything like. I'd assume that if they knew, they'd be a lot more conflicted about traveling to New York.
Between Micah and Molly, Primatech certainly brings about a whole new meaning to child labor.
I guess I started watching Heroes partway in, so I hadn't seen or heard of the little girl until the last episode. I can see why you wouldn't think of her right away, though, since I watched most of the season, and they didn't mention her at all the entire time I was watching until that last episode. :)
i'm generally pretty clueless about seeing anything coming in advance, but as soon as she said what her power was i caught on. mind you , i'm a little suspicious of The Company and any ulterior motives they have for doing anything (call me crazy!).
i'm wondering how much of the Dark Future they can actually avert at this point ~_~

Aside from that, Molly was in the 2nd and 3rd episodes. (I thought her second appearance was further down the line, but it wasn't. Thanks, IMDb!)
