I'll tell you off the bat that I'm actually an editor, not a translator. I based most of my editing off of maigo-chan's translations (with the occasional glance at the Japanese and French editions, to cross-check). Thus, the transcripts you see on maigo-chan's pages are the ones I used, too. Thus thus, even if I did have transcripts of my translations for RK, they wouldn't serve the purpose you're looking for; I strive to make the dialogue true, as opposed to accurate. (Yes, there's a difference. Watch Absence of Malice if you don't believe me.)

However, "Serizawa Kamo's Rurouni Kenshin Translation Index should be the jackpot you're looking for. It contains links to various translation sites, as divided by story arc.
