Kimura-sensei is a character from Azumanga Daioh. He's the Lit/Classics teacher, and the only reason he joined the school is because he's got a thing for high school girls. The way he's portrayed varies in between candidate-for-sainthood (helping clean as much litter off the street as possible, growing gardens) to creepiest/sickest-man-alive ("Damn, I wish I were peeping," and a lot of gags that I don't want to give away).

Azumanga Daioh will be released here... we don't know when yet, but it will be. Hopefully before the end of the year. I will be able to catch up then.
