Reminds me of the saga of when Kim Doonsbury was in Jr. High or so, and featured in a couple of panels. (She was going to school in suburban VA.) A dip-brained fellow student simply did not believe that Kim got good grades because she studied, and finally blurted out, "It's an Asian thing, isn't it?" Whereupon ol' Kim responded:
"We mean you no harm. We seek only computers for our young."
If you've ever watched Mallrats, the guy on the T-Shirt (it's the same one Brodie wears) is a morphed composite of three actors who tried out for the part.
