loopychewCompletely out of nowhere, I had a random question surface in my brain:
Say you're born on February 29. Your 18th and 21st birthdays do not fall on leap years, so when do you legally become "of age," February 28th or March 1st? (My money's on the latter, but I just want to make sure.)
