Out of curiosity, was there a particular song or two (outside of the expected 'Green Grass') that was a hangup for you? I had trouble with both 'Flirtin' With Disaster' (only song I failed) and 'Suffragette City' (ugh, the unending RG-G-RG-G / YB-Y-YB-Y style rapid-fire notes) on Hard, and I was wondering if there were other potential stumbling blocks on Expert.

GGHT was the major hangup, although I had some problems with the FOB song and RttH. Keep in mind that I did all my career stuff at LilBro's place (w/exception of GGHT) over Christmas break, so I don't necessarily remember all my stumbling points. I'm basing this mostly on scores. (Also, I didn't want to break LilBro's strummer, and RttH is filled with violent triplets.)

I understand that FWD is It when it comes to Hard, and that nothing else in the Hard Career mode comes close to matching its difficulty.

Since I haven't tried any of these songs on Hard at all, I couldn't tell you which ones are markedly easier/harder than their X counterparts, anyway. ^^;

Oh, okay. Basing it on score is fine - that's largely how I remember 'Suffragette City' being so bad. It was the only song pre-tier 8 that I had to go back and 5-star after the initial Hard play.

'Run to the Hills'... forgot about that one. It's not too bad on Hard, but listening to it again, I can hear how bad it could get on Expert.

I need to finish vocals on Expert before I get into guitar, but it's good to start thinking ahead to what might be trouble and get more familiar with it now. ^_^

RttH and DOA are the two songs I still only have four-starred in career. I think. Possibly FWD as well.
